From strategic funding initiatives to impactful partnerships, this award celebrates investments that contribute to the growth and advancement of the coliving industry while creating positive social, environmental, and economic outcomes.
For whom?
Criteria
- Realised Impact: Investments must have been made in coliving projects or initiatives that are currently in operation, under construction, or in advanced planning, with a confirmed timeline for delivery in 2026.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrates a strategic approach to investment that aligns with the long-term growth and sustainability of the shared living sector.
- Community Focus: Investments prioritise community development, social impact, and resident wellbeing within coliving spaces.
- Innovation: Supports innovative coliving concepts, technologies, or business models that push the boundaries of traditional real estate investment.
- Sustainability: Investments incorporate sustainable practices and environmental considerations into coliving projects and operations.
Deliverables
Below we have summarised the deliverables for your application. Note that every category has its own application guide!
1. Presentation including:
- Name
- Organisation
- Logo (if applicable)
- Details about specific project / site / product in English
- Responses to questions in the additional resources requested in the eligibility and evaluation criteria may include investment impact metrics, portfolio performance data, community development initiatives, sustainability efforts, innovation support, etc., specific to investments in coliving projects and initiatives.
- Presentation should be max 20 slides / pages and in PDF format (16:9 horizontal format). Please see the presentation template below for referenceÂ
2. High level summary of your project submission in the Application portal and answer to all application questions.
3. Supporting images / renders (in high resolution JPG / PNG -> 150 dpi) in ZIP format** (max 10 images). Files to be named in the following format " organisation-projectname-image# “
4. Representative project image (max 10 MB) to be used as a thumbnail in the application portal and other relevant communication from Coliving Awards about your project
5. It should be clear that your project meets the criteria for this category
