Interior & Furniture Design

Coliving interiors should go beyond aesthetics - they must create a deep sense of belonging, comfort, and identity while seamlessly adapting to residents' diverse needs and lifestyles. Thoughtfully designed environments provide a sanctuary while also fostering social connection, offering a balance between private and shared experiences.

This category recognises designers who push the boundaries of interior and FF&E innovation, integrating biophilia, modularity, circularity, sociability, and personalisation into coliving spaces. Whether through smart furniture solutions, sensory-friendly environments, or hybrid-use designs that support work-life integration, these innovations redefine how we experience shared living.
