Evaluation

The evaluation process is designed to provide transparency and clearance to all the judges. The scorecard system consists of the following steps:
1) Review the submissions in order to grasp an overview of the excellence level for the category.
2) Review the project - the answers on the questions, the presentation and additional materials.
3) Assess the project according to the scorecard system - score points according to the fit of the project to the specific criterion.*
4) The final score will be calculated automatically as the sum of the scores per criterion.
5) Provide any relevant feedback to be shared with the applicant.

* Score Reference: 0 - criteria not met / 2 - insufficient / 4 - sufficient / 6 - good / 8 - very good / 10 - excellent
