Our first coliving project ‘Bogotá Centro’ has 421 apartments and a wide range of common areas such as gym, barbecue terrace, swimming pool, jacuzzi, vegetarian-Israeli restaurant with views, Spotty Bar, cinema room, game room, coworking area, study rooms, think tank and laundry.

Evaluation

The evaluation process is designed to provide transparency and clearance to all the judges. The scorecard system consists of the following steps:
1) Review the submissions in order to grasp an overview of the excellence level for the category.
2) Review the project - the answers on the questions, the presentation and additional materials.
3) Assess the project according to the scorecard system - score points according to the fit of the project to the specific criterion.*
4) The final score will be calculated automatically as the sum of the scores per criterion.
5) Provide any relevant feedback to be shared with the applicant (optional).

* Score Reference: 0 - criteria not met / 2 - insufficient / 4 - sufficient / 6 - good / 8 - very good / 10 - excellent
