As one of the first companies operating the coliving buildings in Madrid, we wanted to participate in the Coliving Awards to help foster the coliving industry, to share some of our key practices and help inspire other coliving operators, to get to know where we stand in regards to other companies and to give visibility to our brand and community. After I shared the news that we were nominated in the User & Community Experience category, the full team was literally screaming.
The Coliving Awards Ceremony shows how the distinctive part of coliving projects is that there are so many possibilities. There is not one model or prototype that you must follow. It is adaptable to the needs of the local populations. As the urban living landscape changes, those involved in coliving are looking to change with it by finding new ways to live together. During the ceremony, I was able to speak with many people who have affordability, community, and accessibility at the forefront of their projects
The event was absolutely insane! We met so many amazing coliving experts, gathered tons of valuable contacts, and got inspired by the whole community. Thanks again for organising such a great experience - we genuinely loved it!
As soon as we heard about the Coliving Awards we knew we wanted to take part in it. This was my second year attending, and I have to say, I absolutely love this event. What I love most about this conference is that it’s not just about industry updates or trends, it’s about the people. The moment I stepped into the awards, it truly felt like a party with friends. At least 20 familiar faces smiling back, that’s when I realized how far this community has come.
