The Normal Submission tier will be open for just over a month, allowing ample time to perfect and submit entries.
As the deadline nears, the Late Submission tier opens for those who thrive on the energy of last-minute action. We’re just as excited as you are at this stage, supporting applicants in their final push toward the finish line.

The Coliving Awards team finalises the review of all submissions, ensuring that each is eligible and complete before advancing to the jury evaluation.
Lead Judges submit their corresponding category nominations, determining the standout finalists and honourable mentions who will move forward in the competition.
We reveal the finalists across our official communication channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and our official website.
The anticipation builds as we honour the remarkable projects that have made it through the first round!
Public voting is a key part of the evaluation process, empowering industry professionals and the coliving community to share their voice.
Held in phases across our official LinkedIn channel, where each day we will spotlight a different set of categories for public voting:
1st phase: from August 25th - September 8th
2nd phase: from August 2nd - September 9th
3rd phase: from August 3rd - September 10th
4th phase: from August 4th - September 11th
As the finalists are announced and public voting takes place, the Jury Panel dives into a thorough evaluation based on criteria and category-specific questions.
Final scores are determined through a balanced mix of Lead Judge votes (35%), public voting (35%), and Jury Panel average scores (30%). This process ensures a democratic and transparent selection of the 2026 winners.
