About Evaluation Process

Coliving Awards and its jury members are leading a transparent and fair evaluation process to all applications

Voting

Our voting system is based on the combination of different voting power percentages, accounting for: the expertise based evaluation by our lead jury member (35%), a congregate of votes by the jury panel (30%) and a popular vote by industry stakeholders and public audience through LinkedIn (35%).
The audience vote remains visible for the public to follow throughout the process, however the jury results are disclosed during the awards ceremony.

Nomination

Submissions are evaluated by a jury composed of coliving industry experts. The lead judge of each category evaluates all received applications* and select the top entries per category, nominated and announced publicly as finalists. The nominated candidates also benefit from media exposure, as well as the possibility to juxtapose their projects with industry-leading professionals.

*Applications are deemed received when all submission criteria are met.
