Project Description
A Resident-First Flex Living experience prioritising comfort, wellbeing, and long-term resident satisfaction within compact studios.

Created through a partnership between Fika and Dazia Capital, Calido Living challenges the idea that compact Flex Living must feel temporary. Delivering 800 homes across Alcobendas and Valdebebas, the design prioritises a genuine home-from-home experience in 22sqm studios and 30sqm apartments. It features bespoke multi-functional furniture, extra-large fitted wardrobes, and extensive shared amenities including coworking spaces, padel courts, and a Technogym facility.
