HOEM on Jarvis is Toronto's home-grown answer to world-class student living: a purpose-built downtown residence.

HOEM on Jarvis is Toronto's home-grown answer to world-class student living: a purpose-built downtown residence, open since 2018 and run by HOEM Management Inc. We're home to students from Toronto Metropolitan University, the University of Toronto and beyond, welcoming around 1,000 students a year throughout our flexible term lengths.
