Kiin Living is a purpose-built coliving building in El Poblado, Medellín, designed to support modern remote professionals through a seamless balance of comfort, connection, and community.

Kiin Living is a purpose-built coliving building in El Poblado, Medellín, designed to support modern remote professionals through a seamless balance of comfort, connection, and community.

With 42 fully furnished apartments, integrated coworking, wellness spaces, a rooftop gym and jacuzzi, yoga shala, in-house restaurant (Moira), and flexible event areas, Kiin offers more than infrastructure—it delivers a daily rhythm designed around real human needs.

The resident experience is supported by a dedicated Super Host, a proprietary digital platform (STEII), and a culture where feedback is not occasional—it’s embedded. From onboarding to check-out, every touchpoint is intentional. Residents co-create their experience, and the team adapts with them.
