Project Description
Kiin Living is an all-in-one coliving building located in El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia—one of the city’s most vibrant and well-connected neighborhoods.

Opened in December 2023, Kiin was created for digital nomads and remote professionals looking for comfort, community, and ease in a new city—without the usual hustle of setting up life from scratch.

The building includes 42 fully furnished apartments, coworking spaces, wellness areas, a rooftop gym and jacuzzi, in-house restaurant (Moira), yoga shala, and flexible event rooms. Everything is in one place: a home, a workspace, a wellness routine, and a community.
