Project Description
Plushusene is a modern coliving concept launched in Denmark in 2019.

It combines private, low maintenance rental homes with a strong focus on community living, designed for a cross-generational mix of residents — from families with children to active adults aged 55+.As of January 2025, Plushusene has grown to 1,040 homes across seven communities, with more than 500 additional units under construction, making it Denmark’s largest coliving concept.The architectural design promotes sustainability and social interaction, with homes ranging from 59 to 136 m2 grouped around green courtyards.
