We prioritize holistic self-care and positive environmental impact. From mindful materials (like Cradle to Cradle furniture by Urselmann Interior) to events that nourish body and mind. Through partners like everwave, we track our footprint and make a measurable difference: for every month a resident stays, we collect 1kg of ocean-bound plastic. Our weekly events are co-created with our residents, making every gathering feel personal, relevant, and truly community-driven. From vegan cooking classes to upcycling workshops, our community events inspire people to live better — together. POHA House Theaterplatz is a major milestone in our journey. Located in the heart of Aachen, it’s our first house to bring together our products POHA Stay, POHA House, and POHA Office. With its central location and views of the Theater and Cathedral, it quickly became a sought-after address — fully booked in just two months and now maintains a strong 98% occupancy rate.
