Our application process is intentionally thorough - 20+ questions that take 1-2 hours to complete, followed by community review and interviews. This process filters for genuine desire for community, resulting in 50%+ referrals and 90%+ occupancy without paid advertising. Some nomads end up staying two years instead of two months.

Our onboarding is equally intentional. From buddy assignments to Microcosmos introductions, we invest deeply in alignment communication to ensure every member feels genuinely welcomed into our family.

Our three thoughtfully designed houses create spaces where living together remains comfortable and joyful. We facilitate authentic local integration beyond the typical nomad bubble - real connections with Korea and its people.

Through monthly democratic town halls, Non-Violent Communication workshops, and our unique "Microcosmos" ritual where each person shares their universe, we've built something PhD researchers call "new ways of imagining home, identity, and belonging." Our bottom-up model creates founder-independent resilience while making quality community accessible.
