One of Japan's largest shared living operators providing community-driven resident experiences across over 200 properties and 5,000 rooms.

OAKHOUSE has built one of Japan's largest and most internationally diverse shared living communities. Operating over 200 properties with more than 5,000 rooms, OAKHOUSE utilises adaptive reuse of former corporate housing to ensure sustainable portfolio growth. Their operations feature multilingual support, online contracting, and resident-led community building via a dedicated app.
