Suiters Alicante redefines coliving by combining premium design, sustainability, and community impact in a fully transformed urban landmark.

Suiters Alicante redefines coliving by combining premium design, sustainability, and community impact in a fully transformed urban landmark. Delivered on time and on budget, this former AXA office was meticulously renovated to meet the local regulations, overcoming architectural constraints through compact materials and advanced systems. Its standout feature—a fully vegetated façade, the only one of its kind in global coliving—reduces indoor temperatures by up to 4ºC, filters pollutants, and hosts over 30 native plant species, fostering urban biodiversity and improving resident wellbeing. The building proudly holds the Green Certification by the Green Building Council, reflecting rigorous sustainability in both materials and waste management.
