Toboggan Flats is the first coliving model of its kind in Canada—and we are proud to be Canadian.

We transform empty downtown office buildings into warm, affordable housing designed for (and with) young people. We’re flipping the script in a country with fewer than 300 purpose-built coliving units.Our mission? Make city life joyful, sustainable and within reach again—starting with the generation priced out of it. Our values? Curiosity, community, inclusivity, sustainability and fun.‍
