Project Description
A coliving residence with 78 fully-furnished studio and loft apartments across 15 different layouts.

UniHouse is a coliving residence in Vilnius’ Antakalnis district featuring 78 fully-furnished apartments. Suppleo designed, manufactured, delivered, and installed all built-in and shared-space furniture. The project utilised an in-house design-to-installation model to adapt to a scope change from 2 to 15 room types, ensuring cost transparency and fixed installation deadlines, while emphasising durability and modular design.
