Viladomat, by ÀBAG Studio, redefines coliving through a warm, contemporary project conceived as an adaptable and identity-driven system. Located in Barcelona’s vibrant Sant Antoni neighborhood, it introduces a new way of inhabiting, inspired by next generation, social clubs and urban lofts. The design overlays historical layers on the existing structure, evoking a New York Soho loft with a Mediterranean soul. At the center of each unit is a freestanding walnut-clad volume that organizes the space and integrates kitchen and bathroom. Sliding panels, built-in storage, and murphy beds allow easy transitions from open-plan to two en-suite bedrooms. Materials are selected with care and sustainability in mind. All elements are produced in Spain within 700 km: microcement, exposed brick, walnut, green marble and brushed bronze. Furniture and textiles are bespoke, from sofas to cotton bedding.Viladomat is not just a place to live. It is a space that invites to reinvent how to  live, connect, and belong.
