Viridis Real Estate acts as a developer, asset owner, and long-term steward. Through Lumya, they have delivered over 2,200 beds across five operational assets. Their projects emphasise central urban locations, sustainable design (e.g. adaptive reuse, high-efficiency envelopes), technology-enabled operations, and a strong focus on community integration.
