Announcing the Winners of Coliving Awards 2024

The 4th edition of the Coliving Awards ceremony took place on 25th September 2024 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands as part of the official programme of the Coliving Conference for the second year in a row. It was gratifying to welcome such a vibrant group of attendees to this year’s awards ceremony, a testament to the deepening engagement and collaboration within the sector.

This year we received 60 submissions across 18 categories, with new categories such as ConTech and Coliving Developer of the Year, and Coliving Investment of the Year, while splitting the Coliving Operator of the Year category into SMBs and Scale-Ups. The addition of these categories to accommodate and recognise a larger scope of projects is reflection of the growth within the coliving industry and an indicator of how coliving is cementing itself as a professionalised asset class. 

Conceived and strategically developed by Coliving Ventures, Coliving Awards is the first global platform dedicated to meticulously identifying and celebrating groundbreaking initiatives and forward-thinking pioneers in coliving. The awards provide crucial recognition, drive innovation, and set essential benchmarks for the sector, accelerating the professionalisation and growth of shared living worldwide.

Working alongside major organisations, we recognise innovators, elevate bold solutions, and feature exemplary concepts that push the boundaries of shared living. By celebrating these advancements across multiple coliving typologies, we encourage continued progress and help position coliving as an impactful, scalable, and community-driven model for modern urban life.

The ceremony was live streamed from Amsterdam to our worldwide audience, the winners of each category being announced by our returning ceremony host, Aitana de Jong.‍
