Announcing the Winners of Coliving Awards 2026

The 6th edition of the Coliving Awards took place on 14th October 2026 at Hoxton Docks in London, United Kingdom, as part of the official programme of Coliving Conference 2026. Bringing together the teams, projects, and ideas pushing shared living forward, the ceremony celebrated the ambition, creativity, and innovation driving forward one of the most exciting sectors in real estate. In a city at the forefront of coliving’s evolution, the evening was a powerful reminder of just how far the industry has come - and how much further it can go.

Over 70 submissions. 20+ countries. 5 continents. The 2026 edition showcased the extraordinary breadth of talent and innovation emerging across the global coliving landscape. From pioneering developments and outstanding operators to breakthrough technologies and investment strategies, this year’s finalists demonstrated how shared living is challenging conventional approaches to housing, reshaping the built environment and opening up new possibilities for the way we live.

Conceived and strategically developed by Coliving Ventures, the Coliving Awards is the first global platform dedicated to identifying and celebrating groundbreaking initiatives and forward-thinking pioneers in coliving. More than a celebration of achievement, the awards champion the people raising the bar, driving innovation, and setting new benchmarks for an industry rapidly establishing itself as a professionalised asset class.

Working alongside leading organisations across the sector, the Coliving Awards puts the spotlight on the innovators, bold solutions, and exemplary projects redefining what shared living can be. By recognising achievements across 14 coliving typologies, the Coliving Awards aims to celebrate the diversity of approaches transforming the market while highlighting coliving’s potential as an impactful, scalable, and community-driven response to contemporary housing challenges.

The 2026 ceremony brought the international coliving community together in London for an evening dedicated to recognising excellence, celebrating progress, and giving the industry’s most exciting projects the recognition they deserve. And for the first time ever, we had all the winners in one room, so that we could honour them in person. As coliving continues to gain momentum across markets, the awards serve as a platform for showcasing what is possible, inspiring the next wave of innovation, and recognising the visionaries turning ambitious ideas into reality.
