Announcing the Winners of Coliving Awards 2025

The 5th edition of the Coliving Awards ceremony took place on 15th October 2025 in Barcelona, Spain, as part of the official programme of Coliving Conference 2025. This evening of celebration was the perfect way to end Day 1 of our first Coliving Conference edition hosted outside the Netherlands. Having done this for 5 years in a row, it was truly a milestone for us to once again see how our international coliving network came together to raise the standards of this sector through rewarding coliving excellence.

Founded and thoughtfully developed by Coliving Ventures, Coliving Awards is the world’s first platform committed to identifying and honouring the most innovative minds and impactful projects in coliving. By setting industry benchmarks and amplifying excellence, the awards play a key role in elevating industry standards, fostering innovation, and advancing the professionalisation and global growth of shared living.

Together with leading industry partners, we honour trailblazers, spotlight groundbreaking ideas, and present cutting-edge concepts shaping the next generation of shared living. By acknowledging forward-thinking contributions across a wide range of coliving typologies, we aim to spark new innovation, and help solidify coliving as a scalable, community-centric, and future-ready way of living.

‍With this being our 5th edition, we can see how the global coliving industry is continuously evolving, giving place for new concepts to emerge, as well as making room for established coliving asset classes to thrive, pushing the boundaries of coliving and helping it flourish and reach new heights. To end this year’s awards ceremony, we honoured our Co-Founder, Aitana de Jong, for her vision and dedication that have been instrumental in shaping the Coliving Awards into one of the industry’s most respected recognition platforms.
