And the Finalists of Coliving Awards 2026 are…

Across 70+ entries received during this edition, find out the Finalists and Honourable Mentions of Coliving Awards 2026.

Public voting for the Coliving Awards 2026 has officially begun! After announcing this year’s finalists across 14 unique categories, we’re now opening the floor to the public to cast their vote for the projects they believe are shaping the future of coliving.

Public voting will run throughout the period of 25th August - 10th September, with polls closing progressively across the different categories. Public votes will account for 35% of the final score, alongside 35% from the Lead Judge of each category and 30% from the wider Jury Panel.

This year, we received 70+ outstanding submissions from 21 countries across 5 continents - a true reflection of the creativity, ambition and diversity driving the global coliving sector forward.

Following two weeks of careful consideration, our expert Lead Judges selected a maximum of 4 finalists per category, alongside 1 - 2 Honourable Mentions. The result is a remarkable group of projects, operators, developers, and innovators representing the very best of coliving today.

The winners of the Coliving Awards 2026 will be announced live during the Awards Ceremony on 14th October 2026 at Hoxton Docks, London, as part of Coliving Conference 2026.
